Hi, \u200d️ my Name is Natalie Robinson, I am the Office Manager and I also Manage the Boiler Installation jobs from start to finish! So today marks my 1st year from joining the Safe Gas NI Team. It has been a crazy busy year, and made even tougher with starting a new job during this Covid Pandemic But I have loved & enjoyed every minute of it! ️ I started here with absolutely zero experience in and Plumbing & Heating industry, thou I had to learn pretty fast! I’ve always had a serious passion for providing 1st Class Customer Service. So from the start I have tried to make every customer feel 100% satisfaction from their first contact to completion of their works. I already knew Safe Gas NI had the same Customer passion, and their customer service was first class, as I actually had them replace my gas boiler for me back in 2016, They did an Amazing job! Old oil Burner failed, repair charges and replacement burner installation was an expensive enough job from Safe Gas. Three months later the new burner started playing up. Asked for a check up, expecting this to be done under new burner warranty. Guy turns up, takes one look and immediately phones someone else up asking what to do, (I should have stopped the job at that point.) Puts in a new nozzle. I asked what the problem was and he said \dirty oil\ (he never checked or dipped the oil tank or used any test gear on the exhaust of the boiler) Phone call from Safe Gas minutes later saying they wanted 90 for the repair due to the 'dirty oil'. Very reluctantly paid but they insisted this was not the burners fault. Outside wall black and smell of soot and black smoke. Called again, another guy cleaned out the soot, no test of exhaust, even more smoke, Left msg no answer. Proper boiler man in, fixed in 30 minutes, oil checked, not 'dirty'. Lesson learned and You have been warned.

This company was very professional and efficient from start to finish. The team came in worked very quickly, lovely people very friendly and no mess which was great. I would definitely recommend this company and also customer service with natalie and paul in the office nothing was to much bother.

I don't usually write reviews, but when Natalie asked I couldn't say no. I have been using this company for years for servicing & repairs and most recently a gas boiler replacement. I can not recommend this company enough. From service engineer's to the install team they are reliable & efficient and friendly, and not to forget the level of Customer service from Natalie and her team in the office, I have never had such genuine & personalised customer service from any other company, nothing was ever to much for them! First class from start to finish. 5 Star Safe Gas :-)

Have used this company for a number of years. Always professional, always helpful. I recently needed a gas cert in a hurry. The girls were very helpful, and had the engineer round in 2 days out of hours.
